How to Be a Woman and Not Give a Fuck Adventure Crew :: Participant Agreement
I'm so excited that we’re going to begin collaborating together! Please make note of the following policies and refer back to this page/document as needed. The Agreement being entered into is between yourself and Airial Clark
Client-Coach Integrity: By entering into this collaboration, we’re agreeing to hold ourselves to a high level of integrity and accountability.
I ask you to please hold me, to a high level of integrity and accountability, and I give to you my commitment to that as well.
Integrity and accountability is something we “rise to”, not are “held to”. No one can “pull” us along -- each person does the work.
Look for as many places as possible to be curious and have fun with this work!
The cost per month for being in the Adventure Crew is $250 for a curated calendar with two recommended live events or in-person facilitated workshops in the SF Bay Area with Airial, one 90-minute live online workshop, and bi-weekly homework assignments, recommended reading list and support from me and the crew throughout the month. A 10% discount is available to those who pay in full when they sign up, $150.
You will be responsible for the cost of admission, should there be one, to any event the crew attends, as well as any food or beverages. I will always endeavor to get us a group discount whenever possible. I will supply the materials needed for arts & crafts and for personalizing our adventures.
Payment will recur monthly on the day you first make payment. For example, if you enroll on June 5th, your monthly payments will happen that day and every <Month> 5th for a total of 6 months.
Full refunds, minus a $150 processing fee, are available until June 20th. Starting June 21st, 2018 partial refunds based on the number of months registered are available. If you drop out of the crew and ask to be refunded in between June 21 and July 21st, a refund for 5 months will be given. If you cancel in between July 22 and August 21, a refund for 4 months will be given, and so on.
Clients are encouraged to carefully evaluate their finances before joining the crew, to ensure that the investment will not cause financial hardship.
Clients are committing to 6 months of collaborating. This is critical for developing the momentum of the crew.
A crew calendar is provided with all times, dates and locations of events and calls. All dates and locations will be finalized a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Event reminder emails will be sent 1 week, 2 days and 2 hours before each event.
Clients may schedule individual coaching sessions with me at a discounted rate. The discount for crew members is 20% off from my current hourly rates of $250 an hour.
The Adventure crew includes email support and responses can be expected in 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends and holidays).
If the email would require a longer or more involved response, it’s best to address those issues during a session via phone or video chat. I will still respond, but might give you additional concepts to ponder or encouragement towards a piece of homework to help with the emailed concern.
Understand that of course I cannot absolutely guarantee that correspondence sent or received via email (or any other electronic means) would not be intercepted or viewed by a third party.
Lateness & Rescheduling:
If a client is late to a event, that is beyond the scope of my control. All events are optional to attend. Payment is still required regardless of how many events are attended per month.
The crew begins on June 21st, 2018 and ends on December 21st, 2018. As a group, we will be attending events on the third Thursdays and last Saturdays of each month between the start and ends dates. We will have a group phone call on the third Sunday of each month. Times vary and are indicated in the crew calendar with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
