Summer Solstice Fire Ritual

The opening night fire ritual for the How To Be A Woman & NGAF Solstice to Solstice Adventure Crew.

Gather with a pack of women for solstice fire ritual and to set our intention as a group of women planning on having a lot more fun from Solstice to Solstice.

I see women wanting more joy, more playfulness, less pressure and less isolation and some space from patriarchal norms.

I use an inclusive definition of “woman” where trans women, genderqueer women, and non-binary people who are female-identified are welcome.

This crew of Bay Area women will meet twice a month from Solstice to Solstice. We will always meet on the third Thursday evening and the last Saturday of the month.

Each time we meet will be an adventure in finding out what it means to be the center of our own experience.

We begin with a fire ritual on the Summer Solstice and end with a night hike through the redwoods on the Winter Solstice.

The crew is facilitated by Airial Clark who has curated a 6-month event calendar designed for women in the Bay to roll deep, try out new things and find adventure in our own backyards.

Support for crewmembers is sustained throughout the 6 months with weekly emails and once a month calls. It's an adventure in solidarity, growth and joy.

The location of the bonfire and the first two months of the adventure calendar is provided with registration.
